You can do more if you want. - You can add Chinese Sausage or frozen shrimp as other proteins ## Instructions ### Step 1 Heat oil in a wok or nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add in garlic, ginger and the white portion of the green onions. Cook until fragrant. ### Step 2 Add carrots & peas, cook until heated and softened. ### Step 3 Add rice (and protein if using) continue to cook until rice slightly crisped and brown. Don’t stir too much, you do want to get a little bit of caramelization. ### Step 4 Create a opening in the middle of the pan and add eggs. Cook them till they are scrambled. ### Step 5 Add in soy sauce & sesame oil. ### Step 6 Garnish with remaining green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
